Kistify বন্ধু বা পরিবারের ছোট দলের মধ্যে মাসিক কিস্তি, সঞ্চয় ও সমিতির হিসাব রাখার একটি অ্যাপ। আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাই না, এবং আপনার দলের বাইরের কারো সাথে ভাগ করি না।
Kistify is a shared ledger for small groups tracking monthly instalments, savings and rotating-savings (সমিতি) circles. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your records with anyone outside your own group.
Kistify কোনো টাকা লেনদেন করে না। এটি শুধু হিসাব লিখে রাখে — কোনো পেমেন্ট নেয় না, পাঠায় না, বা ঋণ দেয় না।
Kistify does not move money. It only records what group members tell it; it processes no payments and lends nothing.
আমরা কী কী তথ্য রাখি
অ্যাকাউন্ট / Account
- নাম, ইমেইল ঠিকানা — সাইন আপ করার সময়, অথবা Google দিয়ে লগইন করলে Google থেকে
- ঐচ্ছিক: প্রোফাইল ছবি ও ফোন নম্বর, যদি আপনি দেন
হিসাবের তথ্য / Ledger data
- আপনি যে দলে আছেন, সেখানে আপনার ভূমিকা ও মাসিক কিস্তির পরিমাণ
- প্রতিটি জমার এন্ট্রি: টাকার পরিমাণ, মাস, পদ্ধতি (বিকাশ/ব্যাংক/নগদ), অবস্থা
- আপলোড করা রিসিটের ছবি (ঐচ্ছিক)
- কার্যক্রমের লগ — কে কখন কী অনুমোদন, বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করেছে
- লটারি/সমিতির ফলাফল — কোন মাসে কে পেয়েছেন
কারিগরি / Technical
- নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানোর জন্য ডিভাইসের একটি টোকেন (আপনি অনুমতি দিলে)
We collect your name and email (from sign-up or Google sign-in), optionally a photo and phone number, your group membership and role, every contribution entry (amount, month, method, status), any receipt photos you upload, an activity log of who approved or changed what, lottery/সমিতি results, and a device token used only to deliver notifications.
কে দেখতে পায়
আপনার হিসাবের তথ্য শুধু আপনার নিজের দলের সদস্যরা দেখতে পান। স্বচ্ছতাই এই অ্যাপের মূল উদ্দেশ্য — দলের সবাই যেন দেখতে পান কে কত দিয়েছে এবং টাকা কোথায় গেছে। দলের বাইরের কেউ, এমনকি অন্য দলের সদস্যরাও, আপনার তথ্য দেখতে পান না। এটি সার্ভারের নিরাপত্তা নিয়ম (Firebase Security Rules) দিয়ে কার্যকর করা হয়, শুধু অ্যাপের ভেতরে লুকিয়ে রাখা নয়।
Your records are visible to the members of your own group and to nobody else — that transparency is the point of the app. Isolation between groups is enforced server-side by Firebase Security Rules, not merely hidden in the UI.
তথ্য কোথায় থাকে
সব তথ্য Google-এর Firebase পরিষেবায় (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Hosting) সংরক্ষিত হয় এবং Google-এর সার্ভারে থাকে। Google এখানে আমাদের পক্ষে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে।
আমরা কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেটওয়ার্ক বা অ্যানালিটিক্স SDK ব্যবহার করি না, এবং কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে তথ্য বিক্রি বা হস্তান্তর করি না।
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Hosting) on Google's servers, with Google acting as our processor. We use no advertising networks and no analytics SDKs, and we sell or transfer data to no one.
মুছে ফেলা / Deletion
- দলের Creator পুরো দল মুছে ফেলতে পারেন — তখন সেই দলের সব এন্ট্রি, রিসিট ও লগ স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যায়।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও প্রোফাইল মুছতে চাইলে নিচের ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন; ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেওয়া হবে।
- হিসাবের স্বচ্ছতার স্বার্থে, আপনি দল ছেড়ে গেলেও আপনার আগের জমার রেকর্ড দলের হিসাবে থেকে যায় — কারণ ওটা মুছলে দলের মোট হিসাব ভুল হয়ে যাবে।
A group's Creator can delete the whole group, which permanently removes its entries, receipts and logs. To delete your account and profile, email us and we will do so within 30 days. Note that contributions you already made remain in the group's ledger after you leave — removing them would falsify the group's totals.
শিশুরা / Children
Kistify শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি নয় এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
Kistify is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
